• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $250 smoking fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking indoors.
• Please place all trash in tied trash bags and dispose of it in the outdoor garbage bins to help minimize odors and pests.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been given by the owner.
• Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
• For stays longer than 28 days, additional fees for required mid-stay cleanings will apply. Linens will be refreshed approximately every 3–4 weeks to help maintain the property in excellent condition.
• Your booking includes a non-refundable property damage protection fee, which provides coverage for up to $3,000 in accidental damages, subject to policy exclusions. Any damage not covered or exceeding the coverage amount will be the responsibility of the guest.

We had a wonderful stay and the property exceeded our expectations. The space was very clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which made the experience even better. One of the highlights was the convenient location near the Pensacola Bridge Trail, which was perfect for my long run and made it easy to enjoy the area. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.
