Lost Key has a shuttle available that picks you up and drops you off - check times available when you arrive.

1. Extended Stays: For stays longer than 28 days, additional fees for mid-stay cleanings are required. We change out linens every 3-4 weeks to keep the property in excellent condition for you.
2. Damage Protection: Your booking price includes a non-refundable property damage protection fee. This covers up to $3,000 in accidental damages, subject to exclusions. Any damage not covered by the policy or exceeding the coverage amount will be the responsibility of the guest.
3. Pre-Arrival Check-In: Prior to your arrival, the primary guest must complete our online pre-arrival form via Guesty. This allows us to gather necessary information and ensure you are familiar with our rental terms and conditions for a smooth check-in.
