Kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, toaster, drip coffee maker, and Keurig single-serve pod coffee machine. You can expect a starter supply of coffee & condiments, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher pods. There is a half bathroom downstairs off the kitchen area. The laundry room is on the 2nd floor with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your use. A supply of laundry detergent is located on the shelves above the machines. The third bedroom, 2nd floor, has a bunk bed: queen bed on bottom bunk & twin bed on top bunk with memory foam mattresses, fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, lamp, dresser, and smart TV. On the back patio, you have outdoor seating & BBQ for grilling; this is a great space to relax with a cup of coffee or read a book.
