1. Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the property must be 21 years of age or older.
2. Long-Term Stays: For stays longer than 28 days, you are subject to additional fees for mid-stay cleans. We like to change out linens every 3-4 weeks to keep the property in excellent condition.
3. Damage Protection: Your booking price includes a nonrefundable property damage protection fee that covers up to $3,000.00 in accidental damages. This is subject to exclusions and limitations. Any damage not covered by the policy or exceeding the coverage amount will be the responsibility of the guest.
4. Pre-Arrival: Prior to checking in, the primary guest must complete our online pre-arrival form. This allows us to gather your travel information and ensure you have reviewed our rental terms and conditions for a smooth arrival.
