This is a townhouse and requires climbing stairs to the main living space with living room, kitchen, 1/2 bath and laundry and you will climb another set of stairs to 2nd level with the bedrooms and full bathrooms.

11. Extended Stays: For stays longer than 28 days, additional fees for mid-stay cleanings are required. We change out linens every 3-4 weeks to keep the property in excellent condition for you.

12. Damage Protection: Your booking price includes a non-refundable property damage protection fee. This covers up to $3,000 in accidental damages, subject to exclusions. Any damage not covered by the policy or exceeding the coverage amount will be the responsibility of the guest.
